This is the second time that I stayed in Teotihuacan. All is very good, also is a no smoking hotel. It is in a secure area, quiet, and 2 blocks from the plaza. Service is great, everyone is very nice. The price is about $60 to $70 rooms are very plain. But it compensates with the great service and my favorite the rooms are clean and non-smoking. 100% recommended.

I just want to say how wonderful our stay was at Hotel Palmas. Flavio went over and well be beyond what a host typically does for his guests, not only making our stay enjoyable, but helping us out for our future travels. He took it upon himself to augment our short ramps with a longer setup, and then proceeded to find somebody to build it out, so that it was even better. What a wonderful thing to do for one’s guests! The location is great, right next to where they do outdoor fairs, and just up the road was a Ferris wheel, and other vendors for the kids. It’s also really close to the main plaza, banks, restaurants, with just about anything you really want to do, eat, and see. The wheelchair accessibility was also pretty decent, especially compared to other places we stayed. We did have to use our ramps to get it in our cabana and sometimes around town, but most of all it was pretty flat and wheelchair friendly. And just to reemphasize, what we came away with is that the staff will go well above and beyond for you. So check them out, and tell them, Allen and Kelly sent you!
Excellent places and delicious food. Pros: The service was excellent and friendly and the food was delicious and tasty, for our starter ordered cheese sticks & were delicious for the drinks were cool, the music was quiet and the atmosphere so lively. the waitress were always attentive in case we wanted something else. Cons: the room was a bit cold because the weather was cold and cloudy Overall opinion: I enjoyed it, the price was good value for money and the waitress was friendly and fast, if you ask me would we go back? of course, I recommend this place if you want to go to a quiet place with a good atmosphere and good food, if you want you can eat your food in the garden or inside the restaurant, the place is very clean and it is in the downtown area of San Juan and the places are close to you.
